Preparation method.
1. Find a suitable size wide-mouth glass bottle, clean and dry (wine is corrosive, so choose a glass bottle).

2. Wash the apples, dry the water, remove the core, and cut them into small pieces (peeled or unpeeled). The apples can be chosen according to your preference, preferably with a fruity flavor.

3. Put some icing sugar at the bottom of the jar, put in the apple slices and sprinkle icing sugar on the surface, layer by layer. The amount of icing sugar is less than half of the apple.

4. Pour in the rice wine. The wine should not exceed the apple slices. You can also choose the variety and brand of wine according to your taste habits.

5. Cover the bottle with a layer of plastic wrap, tighten the cap, and leave it in a cool, dry place for more than 3 months. The longer the time, the stronger the flavor.

6. When the wine is golden brown, it means it has been soaked and the apple slices are picked up. At this point, the apples are no longer fit for consumption and can be thrown away.
