After steeping the plum wine for about 1 month, you can open the jar and enjoy it. 1. First, prepare about 500 grams of plum seeds

2. Next, use a napkin to dry one by one. (If you are afraid of residual moisture, you can take it and dry it in the sun)

3. Then gently remove the stems of the plums with a toothpick.

4. Put the plum seeds and rock sugar in a sterilized jar with hot water, pile them in layers, and pour in the white wine. Seal the lid and store in a cool place.

5. Shake the bottle from time to time during the maceration process so that the plums do not float. Store for about 2 weeks to 1 month and then open the air bottle.

6. Prepare the plum wine and drink it with frothy water or ice water. It’s cold and delicious!
