1. Let’s prepare some ingredients, apples. We must choose apples with high sugar content. Then wash them with water to remove impurities.
2. Then we need to crush the apples with a machine and then squeeze the juice with a press.
3. This step is called putting them in a jar. After cleaning the jar with water, put in the apple juice. Do not fill with 20% of the space, add 10 grams of potassium metabisulfite (called biflavox) to 100 kg as measured.
4. Then fermentation is required. It takes about ten days. If the temperature of the liquid reaches about 30 degrees, it is good. If the temperature is lower, then you need to add a heating device such as a starter or rotating cylinder.
Then we need to understand how it tastes like alcohol and we need to configure it. That is, ferment and add cooking alcohol to increase the alcohol content. Usually, it can be adjusted to 14 degrees or 15 degrees.
6. The next step is bottling. After the wine is filtered, it is put into sterilized glass bottles and sterilized in hot water at about 70 degrees.
