Prepare a large airtight jar, preferably glass, and no plastic! Wash, dry, lemon too, dry, and note, always dry, no water! It won’t take a few days!
Step 2 Wash, wipe! Not a drop of water!
Step 3 Cut the lemon into thin slices. Be careful. Wipe the knife clean before cutting! Not a drop of water in the whole process!
Step 4 Place the lemon on the bottom of the can!
Step 5 Put a layer of lemon and icing sugar on it!
Step 6 Repeat this, one layer of lemon, one layer of icing sugar!
Step 7 Leave a little room at the top of the jar. Don’t spill it on the top!
Step 8 Add the rice wine
Step 9 My jar is bigger and I used four lemons, so I used a whole bottle of white wine. My friends could have made two lemons and then put a small bottle and a half of white wine in. They can drink it for a long time! Make sure you don’t top off with lemon and icing sugar!
Step 10 Put the lid on tightly and place on a cool window counter or refrigerator. Do not expose to sunlight! After a day or two of icing, you’re ready to drink! It’s easy! Hurry!
