Every year when we eat grapes, we make some wine. Let us show you how. If we want to make a beautiful wine, we choose purple, big and full grapes, and pick them one by one, without rotting or being soft.

2. Wash with water. Don’t scrub hard. Just wash off the impurities. The white substance found on the grape skin, such as cream, is not harmful to the body. It is the fructose secreted by the grapes during the natural growth process. It is also beneficial for grape fermentation.

I dictated that I used over 8 pounds of grapes. Because I don’t like sweetness, I put in 1 pound of rock sugar. Usually, the ratio of grapes to icing sugar is 10:2, but you can add more on top of that if you like sweetness. When bottling, arrange a layer of icing sugar and a layer of grapes in this order. I will open the cap and allow it to evaporate for the first three days. Remember to keep the wine in a cool place and not expose it to the sun.

June, July and August were very hot. I was wet for a whole month. When the temperature was low, I soaked more. Strain twice through a clean, fine gauze cloth

It was bottled in a favorite bottle. The color is great and the wine yield is high enough to drink some every day. Move your hands quickly. It’s not too late!
