Ingredients we need to prepare: apples, rice wine, rock sugar
Step 1: Prepare 1-2 apples, sprinkle a little salt on the apples, scrub them carefully, and then wash the wax off the apples. After scrubbing for a while, rinse with water.
Step 2: After cleaning the apples, cut the apples in half, remove the apple core, and then cut into small slices for use.
Step 3: Prepare a sterilized, clean, water- and oil-free glass jar. Lay the apples in the glass jar, with two layers of apples and one layer of rock sugar. Following this practice, you can spread the glass jar until it is full for 9 minutes. After laying, add a little rice wine. Rice wine can be used without apples.
Step 4: After adding all the ingredients, seal the glass jar with a lid and keep it in a cool place. You can also put it in the refrigerator. It will keep for about a month. When the steeping time was up, I saw all the icing sugar melting, the apples floating, and the white rice wine turning golden. It was a good job. After preparation, the all-natural cider has a very high strength. To serve, you can dilute it with a little cold water and mix to your taste.

Tip.
Icing sugar can be replaced with brown sugar or white sugar. After adding sugar, you can also add a little honey to make it taste better! The amount of icing sugar is optional. You can increase or decrease according to your taste. If you like sour, add less sugar. If you can’t stand the sourness, you can add a little more sugar to neutralize the sourness.
