To make plum wine, first choose green, firm and intact plums.
After washing, rub the plums with salt to coat them with salt. Then leave it for two days. During this time, rotate the plums three to four times to even out the salt.

6. Make the plum wine again. Choose yellow and aromatic plums, wash and dry them. Remove the stems. Put it in a bottle and pour rice wine, which should be at least 30 degrees. Put two or three large pieces of rock sugar in the bottle and let the sugar melt slowly. I put about two kilos of plums, about three kilos of wine and about 200 grams of rock sugar in this bottle. After three months I put sugar again.

This bottle was made last year. The color and aroma are already separated. I poured some of the plums I bought and crushed them. Do not throw them away. It is also very useful. You can make plum jam. After washing, soak them in salted water for two hours, then in boiling water for one minute. Put a spoonful of salt in the water.

Then take them out, mash them with a spoon, remove the core, and put them in a pot and cook them with sugar. The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your taste. Try them as they cook. After boiling, thicken it in about five minutes
