After washing the lemon, you must dry it with kitchen paper (this is important, otherwise the small moldy spots will grow over time). Cut it into thin slices, remove the head and tail, and cover your face with it. Hey!
Put a layer of lemon and a layer of icing sugar. Repeat this step
until the bottle is filled with about 3 cm from the top.

White wine must be used to make wine. I have tried many brands and I think this one is better. It’s more affordable for me to buy a large bottle. 30+. I can make two bottles.
Store it in a cool place with the cap on. Usually you can eat it after the sugar has melted for two weeks!
