After 3 months of making mead, the mead can be bottled or consumed directly. However, it is best to keep it for more than 6 months for a better taste! If you’re willing to wait a year for mead, even better!
Ingredients Preparation.
One 4 liter glass bottle. (If you are using a different size glass bottle, please convert the new increments of water and honey according to the following ratios) .
I either use imported raisins or black raisins from Xinjiang. The purpose of adding oranges is to add color and acid.

Do not use fruits that oxidize easily.
Glass bottles should be easy to seal. Sterilize before use.
