Method:

2) Seal the container with plastic wrap.

3) After 24 hours, add 200 grams of sugar for the first time.

4) Stir well and cover with plastic wrap. Do not seal it too tightly. In between, stir twice a day, pressing the grape skins into the juice.

5) On the fourth day, add the remaining 200 grams of sugar. Continue fermenting until the seventh day. Stir twice a day.

6) Ferment for seven days.

7) After seven days, strain the fermented juice through a clean gauze.

8) Place the strained juice in a cool place for a second fermentation. At this time, many small white bubbles will be produced. Do not close the lid too tightly so that the gas will be released. Continue fermenting for seven days.

9) Then pour the wine, throw away the puree at the bottom of the bottle and store it in the refrigerator.
