However, it is important to note that the grapes will expand as they ferment, so be careful not to fill the bottle to the brim and leave some space at the 2/4th of the bottle, otherwise the wine will flow out. After 10 days of fermentation, remove the lees, tie the altar tightly and keep it for 10 days to make a delicious red wine!

Wine Method 1.

6. Strain the grape skins and sediment through a gauze cloth, then put the wine back into the bottle for storage. If you don’t have a wine jar, you can put it in a pickle jar or canister.

Wine Method 2.
Grapes, white wine, salt, and rock sugar.
1: Wash the grapes and soak them in lightly salted water for 20-30 minutes.

Tips.
1, put about 4-4.5 pounds of grapes into a 5-liter bucket.
