Soaked in white wine to make lemon wine, with other fruits to have more flavor

The easiest way to drink half a bottle of white wine is to soak the fruit in water and make a fresh appetizer or dessert. I tried it with pears, strawberries and peaches, but my favorite was tomatoes. The sweet and sour taste goes well with the white wine itself. Add lemon and honey to the kimchi for a new and different layer.
Ingredients.
2 large tomatoes, 10+ small assorted tomatoes, 1 lemon, 200ml white wine, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons cane sugar
Directions.
1. Gently scrape the bottom of all tomatoes and blanch them in hot water for 30 seconds, then cool them immediately in cold water. Slice the lemon.
In a small saucepan, add sugar and 2 tablespoons of water and boil it to a syrup. Add the sliced lemons and keep the water level low for 2 minutes. 3. Place the original tomatoes in a glass jar, pour in the lemon syrup, fill with white wine and marinate in the refrigerator for one day. The large tomatoes are cut into cold dishes and the sweet little tomatoes can be enjoyed directly as dessert.
