[Ingredients required]
Cherry, lemon, yellow rock sugar, 42° pure grain limoncello
[Operation]
1、Wash the cherries, remove the stems, and control the water.
2、Put them in a sealed bottle (clean the bottle, wipe off the water with kitchen paper, and invert to dry)
3.Cherries occupy 50% of the bottle.
4、A lemon, washed and sliced, put in the bottle, 10% of the bottle. (The addition of lemon to the sweet cherry adds a little sourness, sweet and sour mixture makes the flavor more intense)
5, add the appropriate amount of yellow rock sugar. The ratio is about cherry 1 lemon 0.2 icing sugar 0.4
(The addition of rock sugar not only makes the lemon wine sweeter, but also helps with fermentation.)
6, add the wine for making lemon wine, can be filled to 80% of the bottle. Cap and seal. Leave it in a cool place for about 2-3 months, then you can open the lid and enjoy.
I use 42° Pure Grain Limoncello.
After the water release and fermentation of the fruit, the lemonade has been reduced to just over 10 degrees, which is the best for a slightly intoxicating taste. If you want to make it more refreshing, you can add ice or sparkling water for a sweet fruit aroma and a slight alcohol kick.
