6. Place the filtered cider in a clean, waterless glass jar, cover the cork with a plastic bag, and close the cover. Store in a cool place or in the refrigerator. To serve, add an appropriate amount of cider and mix with 1-2 times the amount of mineral water or honey lemon juice.
