Homemade wine with lemon for health and weight loss

Lemon in wine is very effective for weight loss. You can lose about 5kg a month. The amino acids in the wine not only burn up the fat in the body, but also make the metabolism of sugar and protein go smoothly. Drinking 15-20ml of wine with lemon every day, you can lose about 5kg in a month.

Let’s prepare the ingredients first: 1 wide mouth glass jar (must use glass), 4 lemons and 400g of rock sugar. Scald the jar with boiling water a day before, turn it upside down and let it dry naturally Wash the lemon and dry it with kitchen paper (make sure you dry it, otherwise the little moulds will grow over time). Cut it into thin slices, removing the head and tail. Put a layer of lemon and a layer of icing sugar. Repeat this step. Fill it up until it reaches about 3cm from the top of the bottle. The wine must be white wine.

Fill slowly and cover with lemon. Cover and store in a cool place. It can usually be eaten 2 weeks after the icing sugar has melted! The most important thing is never to touch the water. Afterwards, you must scoop it up with a dry spoon to avoid water and mould.
