How to make mead I.
Ingredients: 600g honey, 10g cinnamon, half white bread, 3-4 cardamom, 2 carnations, 3g gelatin powder, 5000ml water, yeast and hops.

Production method.
1. Boil honey and cinnamon in water until the water evaporates to 2500ml, then remove from the heat.

2. When it cools down to a mild level, add 1/4 slice of white bread and a thick layer of hops and crushed yeast for fermentation.

3. After full fermentation, strain and pour into an enamel pot (about 2/3 enough to avoid fermentation overflow).

4. Place a cloth bag with cardamom, carnation and gelatin in the bottom of the pot. Close the lid tightly, tie it with a string and leave it in a cool place for 12 days. Pour it into a jar and put the lid on.

Method of making mead 2.
Ingredients: Honey 1500g, red currant 25g.
Production method.
1. Add 500ml of honey to the water, add the red currant, stir well and put it in a clean bottle.

2. Seal the kraft paper and ferment for one and a half months.

3. Strain and remove the residue for drinking.
