Directions.
1. Prepare a multi-purpose winemaking container, wash and dry it.
2. Wash the grapes, drain the water, put them in the winemaker and crush them.
3. Sprinkle sugar over the grapes to seal them.
(Note: Allow one-third of the space for the production of the fire body).
4、After the grapes have fermented for 24 hours, open the lid and stir with dry chopsticks.
5、Stir once a day for a week after preparation.
6、After a week, prepare a dry cleaning container and strain the grapes through gauze, leaving the juice and skins behind.
7: Put the juice into the winemaker, seal it, and ferment for another week.
8. After the second week, place the prepared multilayer gauze in a small pocket and filter the wine again.
(Note: If you want the wine to be clearer, froth the egg whites and add them to the wine)
Then place the wine in a container and continue fermenting for two weeks before drinking.
Special Notes.
1. The fermentation process of homemade wine will produce a lot of gas. Do not use plastic bottles, stainless steel, aluminum containers, etc. to avoid chemical reactions.
2. Knowing the fermentation process and the sanitary condition of the containers is the key to ensuring the safety of homemade wine. Many people are starting to make wine in tanks or vats at will, which will create a potential safety hazard in the future.
