Homemade wine instruction: 12 detailed steps that even a novice can learn

It’s grape ripening season. Grapes taste sweet and sour and are inexpensive at this time of year. Many of my friends choose this time of year to make their own wine.
However, I have seen some people discussing that “white sugar or rock sugar is better for making homemade wine”. I don’t know what kind of sugar people put in their wine. Today I will show you how to make wine at home. Let’s try it out!

Homemade Wine
Ingredients.
5000g of grapes, 700g of sugar, 1 winemaker
Directions.
1. Wash the grapes first. Remember to choose grapes that are dark red and ripe. The color of the finished wine comes from the grapes themselves.

2. Control water drying. These grapes dry easily. Turn on the fan in summer and they will be fine after a while.

3. Porcelain is the best choice. Put the dried grapes into the container.

4.Sprinkle a layer of sugar over one or two grapes. The ratio of grapes to sugar is about 10:0.7.

5. Put it all away, do not fill the container.

6. Seal the container to prevent small insects from entering.

7.Then, open and stir once or twice a day. The next day, a little bubbly.

8, the third day. It starts to ferment. At this time, open the seal, you can smell the faint aroma of wine.

9、The fifth day. Basically, the skin and flesh are separated and they are much higher than before.

10. All the tools needed to pour the wine are used at home. Avoid using iron tools at all costs.

11: Spoon the liquid into a large bottle, squeeze the last layer of skin and rotten flesh seeds, throw them away, and seal the bottle.

12、Finish the above steps, put the bottle in a ventilated and cool place, and you can drink it after about half a month. Of course, the wine is not afraid to put. If you want it to become more rounded, you can leave it for a longer time.

Tips
1. Choose dark purple grapes and ripe grapes. The color of this wine is very good.

2.Sugar is a wine starter, not just for sweetness. If you don’t want to drink sweets, you can also use yeast powder for afternoon fermentation.

3. When making and filling wine, do not fill the container to the brim.
Homemade wine is good, but don’t crave it. If you have an easier and more practical way to make wine, please leave a comment to discuss.
